Dear family and friends, I am leaving in a few moments for camp. This week is Servant Leader's Training getting these kids ready to volunteer at camp throughout the summer. It will be a full week, as it always is. Allen Luerhs from our church...I had asked once before for prayer for him. He has a tumor in his left lung, near his heart. He will be having surgery this week to remove the tumor. Allen is in his 80s.
Rose Schultz, 91, fell and broke her knee cap. Pray for healing.
Mom, as she goes to see her doctor this week.

Friend Donna W. Donna W has a beautiful voice. A few years ago she had cancer of the throat and got told she should not sing any more. Tuesday, she is going into surgery to see if the doctors can restore her voice.

Prayers that the stitches I got the other night heal without a scar.

My name is Carolyn and I have been diagnosed with breast cancer for the second in the same breast. I had lumpectomy in 1998 and came through with no problems. I was diagnosed again in the same breast LEFT and because I had radiation on 1998, they cannot do it again in the same breast or it would destroy my tissue. I am scheduled for macectomy (spelling??) June 11th and I have been praying healing scriptures over myself and standing on the Word of God.

Angela Harris Dailey ethan is scheduled for the pacemaker tues oct 26th..will be done at gill heart in uk hospital.will stay a day or two and wear a sling for 3 or 4 days.and cant lift over a lb or do much for 6 weeks.where he is so little ,they want him to gain weight so it doesnt stick out so much.he is so skinny ,he doesnt have any skin,besides fat..after that went to ky clinic to see genetic dr.we had to do a family tree.2 weeks ago this company finally finalized a panel with 15-16 genes in it to be tested for the storage disease.it is very expensive and has to be approved but could find what kind of storage a lot quicker.also want me and jody to get echo.they said chances are we might be the ones that have it and passed it on.3 hrs there.

We are still in Michigan, my brother-in-law who is in Arkansas was put in the hospital yesterday with pneumonia in both lungs. His name is Ken, please have everyone pray for him. Dan needs to stay with his mother for a few more days and we really need to stay here with her. It has been 2 years since he has been here. For God to open a financial window to provide needed funds for his rent and expenses, during the time of the surgery to when he can go back to work. He needs both hips replaced, one at a time and it could take up to 6 weeks to 2.5 months. He has no funds available except social security, not enough to cover his rent for one month.

I was talking to Jon Lawrenzi at the picnic, who said that his wife Coleen is really getting hit HARD by the rheumatoid arthritis, especially in her hands, and that she's really suffering. She's so YOUNG to be afflicted by that.
Darla told me that Normie's cousin Lois has stage 4 cancer, and Normie's Aunt Leona (85) was just put in a nursing home, she's very sick (these two were requests that I sent out on Wednesday, but now I have more details regarding them so I'm sharing that info with You.
Also, would all You please say a Prayer for my Husband, Cowboy? (his real name is Bill). He is really getting hit by the acid reflux BAD. all he has to do is bend over to put on his socks and BAM he gets SLAMMED. I feel so helpless, as there is NOTHING that I can do for him to help bring him relief. the medication that he is taking is not working, in my opinion, even though he says that it helps.
